We design and engineer heavy duty precision engraver &
profiler- model EM3. It is a heavy duty precision engraver and profiler
for production work of low operating cost. It is equipped with a
versatile work table of great precision which travels longitudinally
and transversely. Controlled by hand wheels calibrated in 0.05 mm. All
sliding surfaces are hand scraped. Depth of cut is controlled by
micrometer dial adjustment on the column which is graduated in
thousands of an mm.Economical Usage:
- Our machines are ideal for sign makers-large signs 30" by an length can be engraved.
- Ratio setting 1:1 allows exact duplication of upto 2 ½" lettering in height.
- Odd-shaped part can be reproduced more economically and with better accuracy by pantographic method.
- Machining is done from start to finish in one set up from a single
master template-eliminating time consuming set ups and conventional
machine tools.
Cutter Spindle:
- The heavy duty cutter spindle will accept straight shank cutters of 6 mm. Diameter.
- Special collects for taper shank cutters available.
- Precision ball bearings for long life, high speeds and noiseless operation.
- Variable speed range from 100 to 4000 RPM.
- Micrometer adjustment for accurate depth setting.
- Depth regulator is activated by direct pressure lever for uniform
depth of cut on irregular surfaces, particularly on plastic which
caries in thickness.
Exclusive Features:
- More ratio settings than any other unit starting with 1:1 for use as a duplicator upto 50:1 for minute precision engraving.
- The extreme deep throat permits engraving of 30" in the center 14" from the edge.
- Spindle can be fixed in stationary position and used independently of pantograph as a vertical miller.
